We have been advised that fishing can continue during lockdown 3. Full details can be found on the Angling Trust website. All guidelines must be followed and you can only visit us to fish locally.


Lockdown 3 - Fishing Lake Open

The Angling Trust have confirmed with the Government that fishing is accepted as a form of exercise and therefore our fishing lake will be open. This is strictly for LOCAL fishing only.

The Angling Trust have advised the following, with more information available on their website.

'We are in lockdown and this must be respected. The law requires a 'reasonable excuse' to leave your home. The Government has recognised that fishing can be seen as exercise. To remain within the law you should follow the Government's guidance and only fish locally.'

Toilet & Shower Block
Our toilet and shower block will be open from Friday 11 September 2020. Our glamping will return for Easter 2021.
Fishing Lake Open
Our coarse fishing lake is open. Government guidelines must be followed at all times. Full details on the procedures for fishing at Stonebridge are described below.

Social distancing of 2m or more is required at all times onsite.

You must sign in at reception and see a member of staff before fishing (whilst practising social distancing).

A distance of 15m between anglers is required at the lakeside.

Only travel on your own or with members of your own household.

Please use hand sanitiser and/or disposable gloves if possible.

Please do not visit us if you have symptoms of Covid-19.
